摘　　要：目的探讨危重烧伤病人的护理组织管理方法。方法护理部快速反应,启动护理应急预案,筹组专业技术骨干,做好烧伤救护区内消毒隔离,严格控制感染,积极应对突发公共卫生事件。结果 15名危重烧伤病人,1名死亡,其余病人处在平稳康复期。未发生医院感染及与护理有关的并发症,病人满意度100.00%。结论有效的应急护理管理体系可以在突发公共卫生事件中发挥重要作用。Objective To explore the management method of patients with severe burn. Methods The nursing department immediately initiated the emergency response system, reasonably dispatched professional and technical backbones, implemented isolation and disinfection measures in the ambulance district, and strictly controlled infection to cope with the public health event. Results Among these 15 patients with severe burn,one patient died, and the others were in stable rehabilitation phase. No any nosoeomial infection or nursing - related complication occurred. The rate of patient satification was 100. 00%. Conclusions The effective emergency response system plays a crucial role in the course of coping with public health events.
