摘 要:目的:探讨肠内营养应用于胃癌手术后的可行性、安全性和应用价值。方法:2007年6月~2009年6月共行胃癌切除术50例,分为肠内营养组(30例)和肠外营养组(20例),分析两组病人术后肛门排气时间和住院时间、营养相关费以及比较术前与术后(营养指标)血清白蛋白、血清前白蛋白、血红蛋白的差异。结果:术后肛门排气时间和住院时间、营养相关费用肠内组比肠外组减少(P〈0.01)。术后第8天肠内营养组各项营养指标较肠外营养组增高明显(P〈0.05)。结论:肠内营养应用于胃癌手术后安全可行,既经济、符合生理要求,促进肠道功能恢复,又可改善病人术后营养状况。Objective :To investigate the feasibility, safety and value of early post -ope - rative enteral nutrition (EN) for gastric carcinoma. Methods : Fifty post - operative patients with gastric carcinoma from June 2007 to June 2009 were randomly divided into enteralnutrition(EN) group( n = 30) and parenteral nutrition( PN ) group ( n = 20 ). Nutrition indexes, recovery of gastrointestinal movement, length of hospital stay, and healthcare costs were analysed. Results: Plasma prealbumin and plasma albumin in EN group were significantly higher than those in PN group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) 8 days after surgery. Median days of the recovery of gastrointestinal movement in EN group were significantly less than those in PN group (P 〈0. 01 ). The costs in EN group were significantly lower than those in PN group (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion : Early enteral nutrition after gastriccarcinoma surgery is safe, simple, and physiologically feasible, with relatively low costs and fast recovery of gastrointestinal functions.
