摘 要:以钛酸四丁酯、正硅酸乙酯为前驱体,冰醋酸为水解抑制剂,用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米TiO2/SiO2复合粒子。将复合粒子按一定比例添加到醇酸清漆中,制备出自清洁涂层。光催化研究表明:SiO2负载可明显提高涂层光催化活性,添加了2%(质量分数,下同)TiO2/SiO2粒子的涂层对茜素红的降解性能最好。利用气质联用仪对降解产物进行了分析。Nano TiO2/SiO2 compound particles was prepared with sol - gel process using tetraethylorthosilieate and tetrabutylorthotitanate as precursors and glacial acetic acid as depressor. Which with a certain proportion was added into alkyd varnish to prepare the self-clean coatings. The photocatalysis investigation indicated that the photocatalytic activity of coatings were improved significantly by loading SiO2 , the coatings added with 2 percent (%) TiO2/SiO2 particles exhibited the best decomposition performance for alizarin red. The decomposition products were analyzed by GC -MS.
