斯坦尼小体提液对体外跌卵和人工催产的影响

摘　　要：本文用鲫鱼()斯坦尼小体提取液对鲫鱼的体外跌卵作用,以及对团头鲂的人工催产作用进行了初步研究。结果表明,春季鲫鱼()斯坦尼小体提取液对鲫鱼有体外跌卵作用。并发现在一定浓度范围内,跌卵作用随浓度的增加面增大;跌卵卵巢的成熟系数与浓度之间存在负相关性,即卵巢成熟系数越大,所要求的等效浓度越小。此外,该提取液还对团头鲂有人工催产作用。Preliminary Studies on the effect of the extract of Stannius corpuscle of female Carassius auratus on the egg-falling of the same species in vitro and the induced spawning of Megalobrama amblycephala were reported. The results indicated that the extract of the Stannius corpuscle of female carassius auratus in spring can stimulate egg-falling in vitro, and the rate of egg-falling increased with the concentrations of the extract in a certain range. Furthermore, the maturation coefficient of the ovaria used for egg-falling has a negative correlation with the extract concentration for the same rate of egg-falling, i.e. the larger the maturation coefficient of the ovary, the lower the extract concentration needed. In addition, the extract has induced a spawning effect on Meqalobrama amblycephala.
