摘　　要：目的:探讨手术治疗儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的临床疗效。方法:对自2005年11月～2009年2月焦作市人民医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科收治的262例儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患儿的手术治疗效果进行了回顾性分析。结果:针对不同阻塞因素的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患儿,采取不同的手术方式解除了呼吸道阻塞,改善了患儿的生活质量。结论:手术治疗儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征是有效的,但要根据不同的阻塞因素选择不同的手术方式,才能产生有效的疗效。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the surgical treatment of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome in children。Methods:It were retrospectively analyzed that surgical treatment of 262 cases of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome in children of the Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery of Jiaozuo City People's Hospital since November 2005 to February 2009.results:For different blocking factors in children with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome,different surgical method were adopted that effectively relieved airway obstruction and improved quality of life of children.Conclusions:Surgical treatment of children with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome is effective.Depending on the blocking factors,different surgical methods can be adopted in order to produce effective effects.
