摘　　要：结合FTSC薄板坯连铸工艺,最终找到造成孔洞缺陷的原因并对连铸薄板坯的内部裂纹形貌、形成原因、工艺条件的影响进行深入研究,这对于控制连铸工艺过程、采取必要的技术措施、提高薄板坯质量、降低生产成本以及扩大产品品种都有重要的意义。Combined with FTSC thin slab continuous casting process, we ultimately find the causes of defects caused by holes in thin slab continuous casting and the internal crack morphology, the reasons of the formation for the impact of technology in-depth study, which has important significance on controlling continuous casting process, taking the necessary measures to improve the quality of thin slab, lowering production costs and the expansion of product variety.
