摘　　要：介绍了花式纺纱机的控制与工艺管理系统,包括系统功能——控制纺纱机运转和管理工艺参数,并给出了系统结构图及系统的操作。结合界面图,主要介绍了主菜单、纱线查询、纱线研发、系统运行设置界面和备份/恢复数据库界面的操作,然后用粗细纱的实例详细介绍了纱线的生产。最后得出了结论:该系统不仅能够应用于花式纱线企业,还可以用于普通的纺纱企业。控制与工艺管理系统可以分别使用,具有很好的应用前景。The paper introduced fancy spinning frame controlling and technology managing system from three aspects.Fristly,it introduced the fanctions that′s controlling running of spinning frame and managing technology parameters,also provided the structure drawing.Secondly,it introduced operation from some aspects.Contacting with interface map,it mainly introduced the operationg of main meau,yarn search,yarn research,system setting and backup/resume database,and then gave an example to explain the detail operation of thickness yarn production.This system can not only be used in fancy yarn enterprise,also could be used in common spinning business,the controlling and the management could be used separately,so it has a bright prospect.
