摘　　要：人体皮肤的分泌物在一定温湿条件下,会滋生繁殖致病的细菌,因此需要对针织内衣面料进行抗菌卫生整理。文中采用SCJ-963抗菌防臭整理剂,对纯棉针织内衣面料浸渍、烘干、定形后,其抗菌效果经中国医学科学院皮肤病研究所检测认定对多种细菌、真菌有很强的抑菌作用,其耐洗性由南京纺织研究所按国标GB8878—88方法检测,洗涤100次后抑菌率仍在99.9％以上。Microbe may be breeded from secretion of body skin and even cause disease under certain temperature and moisture. Therefore an anti-microbial finish of knitted fabric for underwear is necessary. The anti-microbial effect of antiseptic agent SCJ-963 used for pure cotton knitted underwear fabric through padding, drying and setting is tested by Skin Disease Research Institute of China Academy of Madical Science and is maintained that it has a strong bacteriostatic action to a variety of microbe and fungus. Its washing resistance has been tested by Nanjing Textile Research Institute according to Method GB8878-88 of Chinese National Standard and the result shows that its rate of bacteria inhibition can be still up to 99. 9% and over even after 100 times washing.
