四君子汤对脾虚证大鼠胃肠电活动的影响

摘　　要：【目的】观察四君子汤对脾虚证大鼠胃肠电活动变化的影响,探讨四君子汤健脾益气作用机制。【方法】大鼠随机分3组:正常对照组、脾虚模型组、四君子汤组,每组各10只,用利血平制作实验性脾虚证大鼠模型14d后,四君子汤组灌胃四君子汤治疗,正常对照组和脾虚模型组予生理盐水灌胃。用双极银丝电极记录胃窦、十二指肠电活动。【结果】脾虚模型组与正常对照组比较,胃电慢波节律、振幅及运动指数均下降(P<0.01,P<0.05)。四君子汤组治疗后上述各值均恢复正常,与正常对照组比较无统计学差异。【结论】四君子汤能调整脾虚大鼠紊乱的胃肠电活动。[Objection] To observe the effects of SiJunzi Tang （SJZ） （Decoction of Four Noble Drugs） on gastroduodenal myoeletrical activity of rat spleen insufficiency syndrome（SIS） model and explore the mechanism of SJZ on ＂Yiqi Jianpi＂ （replenishing qi to invigorate spleen）. [ Methods ] The rats were randomly divided into 3 groups： the first was the normal control group, the second was the rat SIS model, the third was the SDS rats treated with SJZ. Every group had ten rats. After intramuscular injection of reserpine for 14 days, the rat modal of SIS was established.The third group was treated by SJZ, others were treatad by sodium chloride injection（0.9%）. Bipolar silver electrode to observe the antral and duodenal myoeletrical activity. [Result] Compared with the normal control, the rhythm, amplitude and was used motility index of myogastric slow wave were lower （P〈 0.01, P〈 0.05）, all the data recovered normal level after the treatment by SJZ. All data were normalized with insignificant difference in comparing with normal control. [ Conclusion ] SJZ can regulate the disorder of myogastric electrical movement.
