摘 要:利用甲基丙烯酸、聚乙二醇单甲醚(MPEG)直接酯化合成大单体,再由大单体与甲基丙烯酸共聚合成减水剂,利用红外光谱分析了温度对MPEG与催化剂混合物的稳定性的影响规律,通过测定酯化率、水泥净浆流动度,研究了酯化温度对共聚物性能的影响。结果表明:预处理制备的ZJ酚醌混合阻聚剂对甲基丙烯酸具有良好阻聚效果,掺量为0.75%时,120℃反应20h不聚合;140℃时,聚乙二醇单甲醚开始分解,羟基被氧化,产生了羰基;120℃时CHJ催化剂与MPEG混合物能够稳定存在,基本无副反应发生,该体系酯化率可达到99%,制备的减水剂具有良好的分散性和分散保持性。Methacrylic acid and methoxy polyethylene glycol monomethacrylate which was synthesized by methacrylic acid and methoxy polyethylene glycol was synthesized as polycarboxylic type water reducer. Effect of temperature on stability of MPEG and admixture of MPEG and activator was discussed by FTIR. And effect of temperature on dispersibility and holding dispersibility was researched through testing conversion rate of esterification and fluidity properties of cement paste. The results showed that: the ZJ inhibitor which was beforehand prepared had excellent inhibition to methacrylic acid. When adding amount of 0.75%, mcthacrylic acid dosen't polymerize at 120℃ for 20h. at the temperature of 140℃, MPEG started to decompose, with amount of OH reducing and amount of C=O increasing. The mixture of the ZJ cata lyzer and MPEG was stable at the temperature of 120℃, and esterification rate was 99%. The water reduce, which was synthesized by the prepared monomer, had good dispersibility and holding dispersibility.
