摘　　要：采用放射免疫分析法测定128例滇缅边民健康体检者六种生殖激素水平(FSH、LH、E2、P、T、PRL),其中傣族40例,景颇族21例,缅族1例,汉族66例,分为少数民族组和汉族组(又各分男、女组)。采用t检验进行组间比较。结果显示,男女生殖激素水平均在正常范围内,少数民族组与汉族组男性间P与T水平有显著性差异,女性间LH、P、E2水平存在显著性差异。结论提示,瑞丽地区少数民族男女P值高于汉族、E2低于汉族、T值男性低于汉族,有显著性差异,但仍需进一步扩大样本量进行研究。To explore the clinical significance of determination of reproductive hormone in healthy people living in Yunnan-burma border area,the serum levels of FSH,LH,E2,P,T and PRL in 128 healthy people living in Yunnan-burma border area were determined by radioimmunoassay.The cases involved in this study include 40 cases of Dai ethnic,21 cases of Jinpo ethnic,1 cases of Burma and 66 cases of Han ethnic.They were divided into minority ethnic group and Han ethnic group.The results showed that the serum reproductive hormone levels were in the normal range in both groups. The serum P and T levels in male and serum levels of LH, P and E2 in female between Han and ethnic minorities had significant differences. The serum P levels in male and female of minority ethnic were significantly higher than that of Han ethnic, the serum E2level in male and female and T levels in male were significantly lower than that of Han ethnic. More samples are needed for further studies.
