摘　　要：通过分析矿业权价款评估活动中相关利益主体对质量评价的要求,将报告格式要件、合规性要求、合同要求三方面的相关内容予以量化细化,构建矿业权价款评估报告的质量评价体系。这样既有利于国土资源行政主管部门优质高效的进行矿业权价款评估报告的验收备案工作,又有利于评估机构加强业务建设,提高评估报告质量。Through the analysis of the requirement of quality assessment of The main stakeholders in the mining rights evaluation activities,Quantities and subdivides the relevant content of the Elements of the report format,the Compliance requirements and the requirements of the contract,Establish the quality evaluation system of mining rights price assessment report,This will help the competent administrative department of land and resources of high quality and high efficacy for mining rights assessment report of the acceptance and record work , and in favor of the evaluation institutions to enhance operating construction and improve the quality of assessment reports.
