摘　　要：煤矿的安全问题越来越是人们所关注的焦点,解决安全问题已是当务之急。基于可拓研究煤矿安全问题的起因,是解决问题的关键。安全流变与突变理论、墨菲定律解决了安全问题的起因。加强安全警示职能,提高安全管理是实现煤矿安全生产的保障。The security question of the colliery is more and more a focus that people pay close attention to,it has already been the task of top priority to solve the safe problem.Study the cause of the problem of safety of coal mines,it is the key to solving the problem.Safe rheology and the sudden change theory,Morfil s law have solved the cause of the safe problem.Strengthen and warn the function safely,it is the guarantee of realizing the safety in production of the colliery to improve the safety management.
