摘　　要：Each local academy of social sciences in China keeps abreast of the times and the needs of the developing regional conditions,makes rich experience and many great achievements in applied study and study on regional strategy during these years. But the development of local academy of social sciences is also facing lots of complicated problems. This article takes several measures on how to improve achievement evaluation system and how to promote research management innovation on the base of local academy social sciences practice.Each local academy of social sciences in China keeps abreast of the times and the needs of the developing regional conditions,makes rich experience and many great achievements in applied study and study on regional strategy during these years. But the development of local academy of social sciences is also facing lots of complicated problems. This article takes several measures on how to improve achievement evaluation system and how to promote research management innovation on the base of local academy social sciences practice.
