摘 要:目的研究糖尿病病人血流动力学、微循环的变化。方法应用血压计、毛细血管压测定仪分别对32例糖尿病病人测定肱动脉、指动脉、毛细血管压,同时应用显微镜、激光多普勒血流仪、经皮氧分压监测仪对其甲襞微循环、皮肤微区血流量以及组织氧分压进行观测。结果32例糖尿病病人甲襞毛细血管袢压力降低(P〈0.05)。LDF、TcPO2低于正常人(P〈0.05~0.001)。甲襞毛细血管形态、流态、袢周状态及总积分值均增高(P〈0.001)。结论糖尿病病人血流动力学、微循环存在显著改变,对组织血液灌流及氧供有着极显著的影响。Objective The changes of hemodynamic and microcirculation were observed on DM2.Methods Using the blood pressuremeter, microvessel blood pressuremeter and Capillaroscopy,Trans oxygen tension (tcPO2), Laser doppler flux (LDF) on 32 patients with type 2 diabetes and 30 normal controls.Results With the control, Nailfold microvessel blood pressure, LDF, tcPO2 were decreased (P〈0.05-0.001),the weighting integral value ofnailfold microcirculation (vascular shape,blood flow pattern,peripheral vascular and total scores) increased in 32 cases of DM2 (P〈0.001).Conclusion There were abnormal hemodynamic changes and microcirculation disturbances in patients with DM2,which affect significantly flux and O2 exchange in tissue.
