摘　　要：MRPⅡ的原理和实质要求企业必须及时了解和学习MRPⅡ的最新动态和最新发展。Internet的迅速发展和巨大功能，给学习MRPⅡ的中国企业带来了众多的机遇和挑战。文中介绍了Internet中与MRPⅡ及制造业技术相关的Web节点，并详细介绍了美国制造与库存控制协会（APCS）及其提供的服务。最后指出，在我国发展MRPⅡ刻不容缓，而Internet为我国MRPⅡ学习者提供了一条全新的途径。The theory and nature of MRP Ⅱ reqUire enterprises to keep abreast of the latest trends anddeveloPment of MRP fl. The rapid development and strong function of Intemet bring many opportunities andchallenges to Chinese enterprises. In this paper,Web points in Intemet related to MRP Ⅱ and manufacturingindustry are introduced. American Product & Inventory Control Society(APCS)and its services are also intro-duced in detail. Finally, it is pointed out that developing MRP Ⅱ in China is of great umpncy, meanwhile In-temet supplies a new approach for leamers of MRP Ⅱin china.
