摘　　要：阐述了知识转移及图书馆知识转移的概念及类型,分析了高校图书馆在知识转移中的地位及重要意义,从高校图书馆管理体制方面、服务内容方面以及馆员素质和读者素质方面探讨了高校图书馆实施知识转移的具体措施。This paper expounds the concepts and types of knowledge transfer and library s the knowledge transfer,analyzes the role and significance of university library in the knowledge transfer,and probes into some concrete measures for university library to implement the knowledge transfer from the management system,service content,librarian quality,and reader quality,etc.
