摘　　要：概述了新形势下地方高校资料室建设的重要意义,分析了系级资料室建设存在的问题,阐述了建设高效便捷系级资料室的对策。This paper expounds the important significance of the construction of reference room in local university under the new situation,analyzes the problems existing in the construction of departmental reference room,and expounds some countermeasures for the construction of efficient and convenient departmental reference room.
