摘　　要：结合中国中煤能源集团有限公司建设创新型企业的具体实践,提出建设创新型企业的发展思路,在抓好企业科技创新的基础上,明确建设创新型企业的目标和重点。On the basis of the practice of China National Coal Group Corporation in constructing novel innovative enterprises,the author proposes the idea for formulating innovative companies.Based on a good job on innovation activities in enterprises,the author identifies the target of formulating innovative enterprises and key points deserving attention in the course of the formulation.
