摘　　要：本文在对近代中外档案立法活动及档案法规建设基本情况加以概括的基础上,结合中外近代社会发展的不同状况,着重在宏观层面探讨分析中外近代档案法规的共性与差异,以期在一个更广阔的视野中理性地审视我国近代档案法制建设的一般状况与水平。This paper is on the base of the analysis about the neoteric legislation on Archives and the basic situation on archival legislative construction between Chi- na and International. By the explanation on the difference about the development of neoteric society between China and International, the author will analyze the commonness and difference on the neoteric legislation on Archives microscopically, in order to introspecting the situation and level of the neoterie legislation on Archives in China rationally from wilder field.
