摘  要:研究铜合金表面铁基渗层的微观组织以及铜基表面渗层的弯曲行为。采用扫描电镜对渗层观察微观组织、采用XRD分析成分、三点弯曲实验方法测试渗层的弯曲行为。结果表明,渗层与基体结合致密,无夹杂、裂纹等缺陷,渗层均匀,无明显分层结构。弯曲试验中渗层分别位于试样的上部和下部,与基体的载荷-位移曲线相比,表面带有渗层的试样的载荷-位移曲线上分别出现了屈服点和载荷峰值,在屈服点时的弯曲强度较相同位移条件下基体的弯曲强度提高83.3%,渗层的破坏为表面压溃剥离或产生裂纹。The microstructure of surface Fe-based infiltrated layer on copper substrate and the bending behavior are investigated.The microstructure is confirmed through SEM,and the composition of Fe-based infiltrated layer is determined by XRD.The bending behavior is evaluated through three-point bending tests.It is found that the microstructure of interface between the Fe-based infiltrated layer and substrate is sound,no inclusion,no micro-crack.The microstructure of the whole infiltrated layer is uniformity and no obvious laminated sub-layer. The Febased infiltration layer is located on the top or at the bottom of the sample in the bending experiment, respectively. There are yielding elongation point and peak value at the stress-strain curve comparing with that of the substrate, respectively. The bending strength is improved by 83.3% at the same distance comparing with that of the substrate. The Fe-based infiltrated layer peeled off or cracked when the infiltrated layer fails.
