摘 要:选择合适的基础油、乳化剂、极压剂、抗磨剂、防锈剂等添加剂,研制适用于冷轧铜带所需的CO-1冷轧乳化液,应用于冷轧铜带生产。研究CO-1乳化液在铜带冷轧时,对轧制压力,最小可轧厚度和轧后的铜带表面质量的影响。结果表明,采用乳化液可以明显提高压下率并降低轧制压力,并且乳化液在轧制力大的情况下润滑效果更为明显,同时稳定地改善了铜带轧后表面质量。A novel emulsion(CO-1) for copper sheet cold rolling is prepared by optimal selection of the components of emulsion,such as base oil,emulsifying agent,extreme-pressure agent,anti-wear agent,anti-rust agent and other additives,and applied to copper sheet cold rolling production.The effect of emulsion and lubricated conditions on the rolling force,the min possible rolled thickness of the sheet and the surface quality of the copper sheet cold rolled with the CO-1 emulsion are investigated.The results show that the ratio of reduction of copper sheet is increased obviously and the rolling force is decreased with application of the CO-1 emulsion. The lubrication effect is better while the rolling force is higher, and the fine surface quality of rolled copper sheets is achieved when the CO- 1 is used in the cold rolled of the sheets.
