摘  要:采用高浓度钴离子的硫酸锌溶液,研究锌粉置换除钴机理,对所得的净化渣进行SEM和EPMA分析。结果表明,温度不同表面沉积物的结构不同,表面沉积物的结构影响置换的速度。温度升高,反应容易进行。通过对产物结构的研究,推测锌粉置换除钴过程的机理为首先是锌粉和钴离子结合形成一种钴-锌合金,这一步反应比较快,然后这种合金继续和钴离子反应得到钴单质,后一步是整个反应的限制步骤。The mechanism of cobalt removal from zinc sulfate solution with zinc dust is investigated with high concentration zinc sulfate solution.The residues from the cementation process are analyzed by SEM and Electron probe micro-analysis(EPMA).The results show that the structure of residue particles is different with the changes of the temperature and the speed of the cementation process is influenced by the structure of residue particles.The cobalt removal results can be improved considerably by increase of the operating temperature. The mechanism of cobalt removal by zinc dust is indicated by product structure analysis that firstly, the cobalt ion forms Co-Zn alloy with zinc particles, and this reaction reaches equilibrium quickly, then the Co-Zn alloy continues reacting with Co^2+. to form metallic Co, which is the control procedure of the whole reaction.
