摘　　要：介绍"7000米载人潜水器"配套的海底作业工具"钴结壳取芯器"的基本结构、主要技术指标及工作原理,分析设计难点和计算确定主要设计参数,得出实验室检测试验结果及分析结论。The basic structure,specifications and operation principle of the cobalt-rich crust（CRC） core sampler mounted on ＂7000m human operated vehicle（HOV）＂ for deep sea sampling are described.The key technical problems are analyzed,and the major working parameters are calculated and determined.The laboratory test results are derived and reorganized.
