摘  要:利用SRAP分子标记技术对18个北方粳稻品种进行了分类和亲缘关系研究。从70个引物组合中筛选出12个用于PCR反应,共扩增出108个条带,平均每个引物扩增的条带数为9个,多态性条带78个,多态性比率为72.2%,显示了较高的多态性。应用SPSS11.5分析软件对18种供试材料进行了聚类分析,结果显示,18个粳稻品种可明显分为4类,其中第Ⅰ类又可分为2个亚类。比较发现,北方粳稻品种的SRAP分析结果与系谱法基本吻合,表明SRAP可用于北方粳稻品种的类群划分及亲缘关系研究。SRAP( Sequence-Related Amplified Polymorphism) was used to assess genetic relationships among 18 varieties of northern japonica rice. Totally 12 random primers selected from 70 primers were used, and 108 bands including 78 polymorphic bands were observed by PCR amplifications. The polymorphic ratio was 72. 2%, which showed higher polymorphism. The results of clustering analysis showed that 18 varieties could be classified into four groups, which were basically consistent with pedigree analysis. All the results indicated that SRAP analysis may be used in classification and relationship research in northern japonica rice.
