摘　　要：作为一门决策科学,中国的软科学经过20多年的不断发展,推动解决社会经济发展重大问题的能力显著增强,但学术界对于软科学本身的认识却仍有待进一步深化。为此,本文将主要就软科学的内涵、软科学的时代性、软科学的科学性、软科学研究成果的应用等方面对其进行深入的分析,进一步阐释软科学的理论基础和认识其巨大的实践价值。As a decision science, Chinese soft science has enhanceed its ability to promote solving the major issues bearing in the social and economic development with its 20 years of uninterrupted growth. But the academe＇ s understanding of soft science should to be further studied. So, the paper gives the deep analyzing in soft science＇ s connotation, times value, scientificity and application of research results, further interprets its theoretical basis and recognizes its great practical value.
