摘　　要：以城市可持续发展为核心,构建包括人口、资源、环境、经济、社会5类24个指标的城市可持续发展调控指标体系,采用主观和客观相结合的方法确定权重,基于可拓评价方法建立城市可持续发展调控评价体系,并加以实证分析。通过制定城市可持续发展调控目标和分析城市发展现状,建立城市可持续发展的目标事元和条件事元,采用可拓分析方法,使各系统调控的主要目标和实现途径条理化,化不相容问题为相容问题,为实现城市可持续发展的高级化提供一条形式化和定量化的思路,帮助城市管理者制定合理的城市发展规划,从而实现城市的可持续化发展。Taking urban sustainable development as a core, an urban sustainable development monitoring system is set up. The system includes 5 kinds and 24 indices from the aspects of population, resource, environment, economy, society. The weighting method that combines subjective and objective weighting is used. Based on extension evaluation methods, monitoring evaluation system of urban sustainable development is constructed to the case study. Through establishing the monitoring objective of urban sustainable development and analyzing urban development situation, an objective thing- element and a condition one of urban sustainable development are proposed. Using the extension analysis methods can make the main objectives and realization approach clear for each monitoring systems, and transform the incompatible problem into compatible one. It is formalized and quantified one for improving the level of urban sustainable development. It is helpful for working out rational urban development programs so that urban sustainable development is realized.
