福建省相对资源承载力动态分析

摘　　要：采用相对资源承载力理论与计算方法,对福建省1980—2005年相对自然资源承载力(土地资源和水资源)、相对经济资源承载力和综合资源承载力及其变化过程进行测算分析。结果表明,福建省相对经济资源承载力处于富余状态,而相对自然资源承载力始终少于实际人口数量,处于超载状态,相对自然资源与经济资源承载力的不协调是影响福建省可持续发展的主要问题之一。This paper takes it as its target to explore the current situation of the bearing capacity of natural resources in Fojian Province and make a dynamic analysis in comparison with the actual need for them from the point of view of the regional sustainable development. For the research end, we have fist of all introduced the ideas and methods on how to evaluate and analyze the comparative bearing capacity of natural resources, and then taken as a basic database the actual land and water resources of the province in this paper. When talking to all the regions of China （with exception of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan for the moment）, a comparison was made between Fujian and the other provinces and regions of the country in terms of bearing capacity of land, water and synthetic resources during the period from 1980 to 2005 with the corresponding changing situations described. And, finally, conclusions were drawn： the relative bearing capacity of economic resources shows a rising tendency with comparative state of being enough, though the actual bearing capacity of natural resources turns to be somewhat intensified and overloaded. The contribution rate of the comparative bearing capacity of natural resources to the synthetic materials prove to get reduced from 0.53 in 1980 down to 0.33 in 2001 fluctuatingly. The general tendency indi- cates that the bearing capacity of economic resources has been growing up on the foundation of that of natural resources decrease. That is to say, the economic expansion has exhausted much of the bulk of the massive natural resources in the name of material welfare and economic soar-up. It has become clear that disharmonious or unbalanced economic expansion between the actual bearing capacity of natural resources and the relative consumption of the economic resources turns out to be one of the key problems in this province on its way in the direction leading to the sustainable development.
