摘 要:仰角式游离水脱除器属于重力式油水分离设备,其分离效率高于立式和卧式脱除器。为了分析脱除器仰角对分离效果的影响,采用多相流欧拉分析方法,结合标准k-ε湍流模型对脱除器的内部流场进行了数值模拟。分析了脱除器在不同仰角时油水两相由开始的均相流逐渐在脱除器内分离、聚合、迁移的过程,研究了油水两相体积浓度随时间的变化规律。模拟结果表明,脱除器仰角为12°时,分离效率最高,出油口油中含水体积百分比为7.6%。The inclined free water separator belongs to the gravitational oil-water separation equipment and enjoys much higher separation efficiency than the vertical and horizontal separators. In order to analyze the effect of separator's elevation angle on the separation, the Eulerian muhiphase-flow model is combined with the standard turbulence model to conduct the numerical simulation for the flow field inside separator. The separation, aggregation and shift of the homogeneous oil and water flow at different angles are exposed, and studied how the volume concentration of oil and water changes with time. The simulation result shows that the separator shares the best separated efficiency when the elevation angle is 12° with the water volume content at oil outlet being 7.6%.
