摘　　要：为解决空气重介质流化床布风板易堵孔、刮板易磨损与断裂等问题,采用自制干法分选机进行矸石输送实验,分析工作面倾角α、抛掷指数D、振幅、频率对重产物输送效果的影响。结果表明:D值一定时,随α减小,残留物质量分数降低,输送速度增加;α为-8,°振幅较小时,频率与输送速度几乎成正比;振幅对输送速度的影响比频率大;振幅一定,D≤3.3时,随D值增加,输送速度增大。To solve the occurrence of easier block in distributor,and easier wear and fracture in scraper in air dense medium fluidized bed,this paper introduces the experiment on the transportation effect of gangue in the dry separator and offers analysis of the effect of the working surface angle,the throwing index D,the amplitude and frequency on heavy product.The results indicate that when D was a constant,the residue mass fraction was lower and the transportation rate increased as α decreased.When α was equal to-...
