摘 要:针对高海拔矿井生产存在严重的高原降效和人身健康安全问题,从矿井通风系统入手,选择压入式通风方式,采用人工增压和局部增压技术、调整巷道通风阻力、提高矿井内部空气压力以改善生产劳动环境;修正需风量、风机风量、风机风压等矿井通风参数,使矿井通风设备符合高海拔矿井通风系统要求。实例表明,基于人工增压技术的压入式通风系统应用于高海拔矿井是可行的。该研究为高原低气压、缺氧环境矿井的安全生产及可持续发展提供了技术参考。Aimed at efficiency drop and physical health and safety adversely affecting mine production of high-altitude plateau mine, this paper proposes a new ventilation system applicable to high-altitude plateau mines, based on the mine ventilation system. The paper introduces techniques involving the selection of the forced ventilation method, use of artificial pressurization and partial pressurization techniques, adjustment of the tunnel ventilation resistance to improve the production environment, and improvement in required air volume, the air volume and the air pressure of fan and other mine ventilation parameters to make the mine ventilation equipment in accordance with the requirements of high-ahitude mine ventilation system. The results show that forced ventilation system based on the technology of artificial pressurization can come into feasible use in high-altitude mine. The present study provides a technical reference for mine safety production and sustainable development in plateau environment which suffers from infrabar and oxygen-deficiency.
