摘　　要：目的:探讨临床药师在复杂危重患者临床药物治疗进程中发挥的作用。方法:回顾临床药师在会诊中参与临床实践的慢性窦道迁延不愈典型病例1份,分析临床药师在药物治疗过程中干预的内容和结果。结果:临床药师在病情分析、合理选择药物、指导药物治疗方面发挥了重要作用。结论:临床药师利用专业特长,协助临床医师调整用药方案,使患者的药物治疗更为安全、有效、经济,提高药物治疗学水平。OBJECTIVE： To discuss the role of clinical pharmacists in complicated disease. METHODS ： The contents and outcome of clinical pharmacist＇ drug treatment of critical patients with intervention on the treatment of a typical intractable chronic sinus tract case was analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS： Clinical pharmacist played an important role in pathogenetic analysis, reasonable drug choice and medication guidance. CONCLUSION： Clinical pharmacists take advantage of their professional expertise to assist clinicians adjusting the therapeutic regimen is conducive to safe, effective and economic rational drug use and enhancement of the pharmacotherapeutic level.
