摘　　要：面对经济社会发展对地质工作的更高要求,当前高校地质类人才培养存在许多不适应的环节。高校只有确立与地质事业发展形势相适应的地质教育理念、正确定位人才培养目标,不断创新人才培养模式和途径,才能更好地服务地勘用人单位需求,服务建设地质强国的国家目标。With the economic and social development ,there are various problems referring to the cultivation of students in the higher education of geological sciences. Universities should pay attention to the education ideology which accommodates the need of relative industry,set personnel training goals appropriately,and innovate talents cultivation model and the approaches,so to achieve the goal of better service for the geological industry and making our country a strong country in geology.
