摘  要:介绍了基于线阵CCD器件TCD1200的直径测量系统,对系统组成原理与工作原理进行了详细的论证,实践表明该装置具有结构简单、能实现自动检测、可进行非接触测量等特点。硬件部分主要采用lattice公司的CPLD器件,来实现CCD驱动信号产生、信号同步设计、直径计算以及显示等功能。实验表明系统的设计原理实际可行,同时能达到较高的测量精度,系统测量精度达到了0.1mm。A kind of small caliber measuring system based on the linear array CCD device TCD1200 was presented in this article.The principle of composition and working was demonstrated in detail.This instrument had many features has been proved by practice such as simple structure,non-contact measurement and the automatic inspection.The hardware depart-ment mainly apply the CPLD device of the lattice company,in order to realize the drive of the entire system,the signal syn-chronization and the display.Experiments show that the design of the system is practical, meanwhile it can achieve quiet high measurement accuracy, the real-time on-line measurement accuracy of the system can reach 0. 1 mm.
