摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC法测定暖宫孕子丸中芍药苷的含量。方法:采用Agilent-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(14∶86),流速为1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长为230 nm,柱温为25℃。结果:芍药苷在0.04～0.21μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 8,平均回收率为99.7%,RSD为0.8%。结论:方法灵敏准确,适用于该制剂的含量测定。Objective：To establish an HPLC method for Content determination of Paconiflorin in Nuangongyunzi Pills. Method： The Agilent-Cls column （4. 6 mm× 250 mm,5 μm ）was used. The Mobile phase was acetonintrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid （14： 86）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL· min ^- 1 , The detection wavelength was at 230 nm. Result： There was a good linear correlation in the range of 0. 04-0. 21μg. The average recovery was 99. 7% （RSD = 0. 8% ）. Conclusion：The method is sensitive and accurate. It is suitable for content determination of Paeoniflorin in Nuangongyunzi Pills.
