摘　　要：硒是人体和动物必需的微量元素之一,可增强机体对疾病的抵抗力,预防传染病的发生,硒缺乏则会引发多种疾病。笔者主要对硒在生物体内的存在形式、硒与免疫、硒与病毒感染和常见的缺硒性动物疾病进行了综述,为微量元素硒的研究和应用提供参考。Selenium is one of the essential trace elements for human and animal. It can enhances resistance to disease and prevents infection disease and epidemic disease. Selenium deficiency will bring about many diseases. The article reviewed existence forms of trace element Selenium in organism, Selenium and immune, Selenium and virus infection, common animal disease lacking of Selenium to provide reference for the investigation and use of trace element Selenium.
