摘　　要：天津于家堡金融起步区03-22地块主楼地上50层,总高214.2m,结构体系为钢管混凝土框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒混合结构。为了满足侧移刚度要求,在层13,26,39设置了结构加强层。论述了此超高复杂高层建筑结构的设计措施和性能目标,并对计算结果列表比较分析。工程初步设计已通过超限审查。The high-rise office building on Plot 03-22 in Yujiapu Financial District is 214.2 meters high on the ground with 50 stories.The building is supported by concrete-filled steel tube frame-RC core system.In order to satisfy the lateral stiffness,horizontal strengthened stories are set at story 13,26,and 39.According to this out-of-codes and complex high-rise buildings,the design criteria are introduced for the technical measures, earthquake resistance objectives,calculating methods,and the analysis of the results.The priliminary design of this project has already gone through the out-of-codes review.
