摘 要:大底盘厚筏基础是通过扩大的地下结构,将地面上不同建筑单元连成一体的筏板基础。通过北京LG大厦基础设计、沉降观测以及反演,分析了并列式双塔裙房一体的大底盘变厚度筏形基础的变形特征。此类基础的纵向整体变形曲线虽呈连续的多波状,但塔楼下基础整体变形曲线仍呈盘状,在形状上与一般单幢建筑物并无差异。与塔楼连成一体的扩大了的地下结构,在一定范围内具有分担部分塔楼竖向荷载的能力,但也会引起基础偏心使基础出现整体倾斜。强调地下室框架结构及楼板参与工作对减小塔楼下大底盘基础的整体挠曲度有重要影响。The large plinth of thick raft foundation refers to the raft foundation which links several separate architectural units above the ground as a whole by extended substructure.The deformation behavior of such a raft foundation is presented with variable thickness under twin towers with podium in parallel through the foundation design,settlement observation and back analysis of Beijing LG Building.The overall longitudinal deformation curve of such kind foundation is a multi-wave profile,but the deformation curve under the tower still emerges as sagging which has no difference with individual tower except the amount of settlement.The extended substructure that links the tower as a whole shares part of vertical loads of the tower within a certain range,but it could cause general incline due to foundation eccentricity.The study emphasizes the interaction of basement frame-structure,including the underground floor slab which has significant effects to minimize the deflection ratio of the large plinth of raft foundation under tower.
