摘  要:采用2×5因子试验设计,新城疫(ND)免疫分为免疫组和未免疫组,铅染毒按饮水中的醋酸铅浓度分为0、50、500、1000和2000mg/kg5个水平,将90只14日龄鹌鹑随机分配到各个试验组,自由饮水和采食,研究铅染毒和新城疫免疫对黄羽鹌鹑血液学性状的影响。结果表明,ND免疫可降低白细胞数量(P<0.01)和血红蛋白含量(P<0.05),对红细胞数量、血细胞容积和脆性无显著影响(P>0.05),免疫使异嗜性粒细胞比例升高,淋巴细胞比例下降(P<0.01);铅染毒对红细胞数量和脆性影响不显著(P>0.05),但能降低血红蛋白含量(P<0.01)和血细胞比容(P<0.01)。铅染毒能增加白细胞数量并随着铅浓度的升高显著增高(P<0.01),铅染毒使异嗜性粒细胞比例下降而淋巴细胞比例上升(P<0.01)。试验时间(21d和35d)不同异嗜性粒细胞比例、淋巴细胞比例和血细胞比容变化有明显不同(P<0.01),ND免疫和铅染毒对白细胞数量的影响存在显著的交互作用(P<0.05),免疫和时间对红细胞数量、血红蛋白含量和血细胞比容存在显著的交互作用。ND免疫对各类细胞形态无明显影响,但铅染毒能导致红细胞、凝血细胞和部分白细胞变性。The experiment was designed to study the effect of lead poisoning and Newcastle disease (ND) vaccine on haematology of vellow-father quails. Ninety 14-day-age quails were assigned randomly to immunological group and unimmunologieal group (2 trealmenls)and admiuistered lead acelale via drinking water at 0,50,500,1 000 and 2000mg/kg respectively (5 levels). The results indicated that ND immunization cause leucocyte numbers and hemoglobin levels dropping(P〈0.05),heterophil cells rising and lymphocytes dropping(P〈0.01),but did not significantly affect erythrocyte num- ber,hematocrit and resistance of erythrocytes (P〉0.05 ). The lead poisoning were not significantly affected erythrocyte number and erythrocytes resistance (P〉0.05),but hemoglobin levels and hematocrit were reduced in all lead experimental group (P〈0.01). Leucocytes increased markedly with lead concentration and lead exposure caused heterophil cells dropping and lymphocytes rising(P〈0.01). At different time(21 days and 35 days)rates of heterophil cell,lymphocyte cell and hematocrit were remarkably (P〈0.01). There were significant interaction on leucocyte numbers between ND immunization and lead poisoning(P〈0.05),and obvious interaction on erythrocyte number,hemoglobin levels and hematocrit between ND immunization and time(P〈0.01). ND immunization did not change the shape of all sorts of cells but lead poisoning caused denaturalization of erytbrocytes,platelets and part of leucocytes.
