摘　　要：概述并分析了长江大学图书馆QQ实时咨询服务现状及特点,探讨了深化实时咨询服务的几点思路。This paper has overviewed and analyzed the current situation and features of QQ real-time reference service in the library of the Yangtze University,and explored several ideas to deepen real-time reference service.
