摘　　要：预约借阅是高校图书馆借阅服务的一项重要内容,本文对预约服务的特点、预约借阅过程中存在的问题进行了分析与讨论,提出了提高预约服务质量的措施。Booking borrowing is one important serve of the university library.This paper discusses the characters and problems of booking borrowing.Some suggestions for improving the serves quality of booking borrowing are given in this paper.
