摘　　要：解析了职业竞争力内涵及影响图书馆员职业竞争力的因素,提出了实行职业准入制度和培养正确职业价值观的对策。This paper has analyzed meaning of vocational competitiveness and the factors influencing the librarians’ vocational competitiveness,and put forward countermeasures on library profession permitting system and education of vocational values.
