摘  要:采用表面改性前后的两种ZrO2陶瓷粉末作原料,选用自制的蜡基粘结剂体系制成注射成形喂料,通过毛细管流变仪测定喂料的流变性能,并对改性前后的ZrO2陶瓷注射成形喂料的流变学性能进行了分析。结果表明:经过改性后的喂料粘度降低,即使提高装载量也能保证较小的粘度。改性前后的四种喂料均符合假塑性流变行为,而经过改性的装载量为53%的喂料,它的E值最小,为22.85kJ/mol,在不同温度下的n值对比,该喂料的n值最大,即可看出该喂料的粘度对剪切速率和温度的敏感性较低,而喂料的均匀性和稳定性较好,更适合注射成形。Two different ZrO2 powders were used as raw material,one was surface modified,another was not.Then the powder was mixed with the polymer-wax binder.By using capillary rheometer,the rheological properties parameters of the feedstock were determined.And the rheological properties of feedstock for ZrO2 powder injection molding were investigated.The results show that the viscosity of the feedstock decrease after surface modification,less viscosity is assured even increasing loading.The four feedstocks were all follow the rheological behavior of pseudoplastic fluid, E value of the modified feedstock with loading factor of 53% is minimum,22.85kJ/mol. In the case of different temperature, n value of this feedstock is the greatest. So the sensitiveness of this feedstock to the shear speed and temperature is low, but its uniformity and stability are the best, and it is more suitable for injection molding.
