摘  要:采用溶胶-喷雾干燥-热还原法制备了添加微量稀土Y的93W-4.9Ni-2.1Fe复合粉末,将粉末在不同温度下经不同保温时间烧结,研究了微量稀土Y对93W-4.9Ni-2.1Fe复合粉末的氧含量、合金的显微组织和性能的影响。结果表明:添加微量稀土元素Y的合金试样需要在更高的温度下才能达到理想的氧含量;微量稀土Y使合金致密度稍有降低,但使合金中钨晶粒尺寸明显细化,其作用机理主要是稀土元素抑制了液相烧结时钨晶粒的长大。93W-4.9Ni-2.1Fe ultrafine composite powder was prepared by spay-drying and thermal reduction process,the sintering was performed at different temperature and different holding time.The Effect of trace rare earth Y on the oxygen content of 93W-4.9Ni-2.1Fe composite nanopowder as well as the microstructure and property of the as-sintered alloy were studied.The results show that the trace rare earth Y inhibits the reduction process and it needs to be further reduced in presinter process.The relative density of the alloy with Y decreases slightly while the grain of the alloy is refined obviously, which can be explained by the inhibiting growing up of the tungsten crystal, grain in liquid phase sintering.
