摘 要:研究转子绕组匝间短路故障与电机轴电压的联系,采用气隙磁导法分析电机气隙磁场,建立考虑定子齿槽效的气隙磁导模型。当转子绕组匝间短路故障发生后,轴电压信号中将出现与齿槽数对应的故障特征频率,该特征频率可以作为诊断转子绕组匝间短路故障的依据。在故障模拟电机上进行实验,验证了所提方法的正确性。The relations between rotor short circuit fault and electric machine windings inter-turn shaft voltage was researched. Air-gap conductance method was adopted to analyze electrical machine air-gap magnetic field, and the air gap permeance model was built by taking stator slot effect into consideration. When inter-turn short circuit fault happens, the fault characteristic frequency corresponding to the number of stator slots is predicted to appear in shaft voltage signal, which can be used as the criterion of rotor windings inter-turn short circuit fault. The simulation experiment on fault simulation unit verified the feasibility of the method.
