摘 要:采用PCR-RFLP技术检测藏猪H-FABP和A-FABP基因遗传多态性。结果发现藏猪H-FABP-HinfⅠ酶切出现3种基因型,其中基因型HH频率最高,为63.39%;A-FABP-BsmⅠ酶切出现3种基因型,其中基因型AA频率最高,为55.36%;上述基因型分布均符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡。藏猪这2个基因均呈多态分布,与高IMF含量相关的基因型频率较高,这可能与藏猪优良的肉质有关系。Tibet pig is a special Chinese indigenous pig breed native to high-altitude areas of Tibet, with great ability of fat depositing, excellent meat quality and high intramuscle fat content. In the present study, the polymorphisms of AFABP and A-FABP genes were discovered with the method of PCR-RFLP in Tibet pig. The results showed that there were three genotypes for H-FABP-PCR-Hinf I-RFLP, in which HH was the predominant genotype; and there are three genotypes for A-FABP-PCR-Bsm I-RFLP, in which AA was the predominant genotype, in Tibet pigs. The distributions of the genotypes followed the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium in the population of Tibet pig. The genotypes of the two genes in Tibet pigs are variable, and the genotype related to high intramuscle fat content has the greatest frequency, and that may be related to the excellent meat quality of the Tibet pigs.
