摘　　要：以深圳中小板上市公司为样本,利用Heckman两步修正法评估我国一揽子创新政策对中小企业层面的影响。实证结论表明获得政策优惠时间越长,政策对企业的效果越显著。此外还分析了影响企业获得政策扶持的各项因素的显著程度及其对企业业绩的影响。The impact of national innovation policy on small and medium enterprises are evaluated by Heckman two step methods with sample from companies listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The empirical analysis shows that the longer the company enjoys preferential policy, the more significant the impact appears. Also, significance level of various factors affecting the recognition of sharing preferential policies and its impact on company performances are analyzed.
