摘　　要：在分析传统物流管理业务的基础上,提出了物流智能化管理的解决方案,综合运用GPS和WEBGIS技术着重解决了运营过程中车辆跟踪及调度、运输路线规划和导航、电子地图显示和空间信息查询等核心问题,在对WEBGIS工作原理、技术特点、发展现状、构建模式进行深入分析的基础上,以ArcGIS软件产品为系统的开发应用平台,提出了基于GPS的智能物流配送系统的构建方案,并对主要模块及其相关技术进行了探讨。Based on the analysis of traditional logistics distribution management business, the paper proposes the intelligent logistics distribution management solutions. Comprehensive use of GPS and WebGIS technology resolved the Vehicle tracking and scheduling, transportation route planning and navigation, electronic map display, and spatial information query in the course of operation. After deeply studying the WebGIS basis principle, technique characteristic, presents the Construction Program the distribution center and GPS communication sub-system. Finally, it discusses the main module and key technology.
