摘　　要：目的:评价法国Stago公司生产的新型STA全自动血凝仪的各项参数。方法:采集静脉血抗凝,1小时内离心,按操作手册上机测定。结果:①测定重复性比目前国内报道的其他公司的全自动血凝仪变异系数(CV)小;②线性好,r值均在0.99以上③互染率为0;④重复10次检测,精度高;⑤与其他仪器的相关性和使用的试剂等有关;⑥血红蛋白、胆红素、脂肪乳及肝素对测定的影响不大。结论:STA血凝仪各项参数优良,具有自动化程度高、样本量大、检测速度快、数据处理能力强等优点,是一种高质量的全自动血凝分析仪。Target: Evaluate parameters of STA bloodcoagulation analyser manufactured by the French Stagocorporation. Method : Collect venous blood samples usingsodium citrate as anti - coagulation agent, dissociate withinan hours, then operate STA automatic blood coagulationanalyser after the operation handbook. Results : a) Therepetition of testing result was better than that done by theother automatic blood coagulation analysers of other com-pany reported in China; b) linearity was good, r value allreached more than 0. 99; c) pollution rate is always zero; d)precision was high among ten tests; e) the relationship be-tween STA and other methods was influenced by differentreagents; f) hemoglobin, bilirubin, lipid and heparin hadsome effects on the test, but were not serious. Conclusion :STA Automatic coagulation analyser has high automation,large sample volume, fast testing velocity, and good dataprocess ability, is an automatic blood coagulation analyser ofhigh quality.
