摘  要:以偏苯三酸酐、尿素及相应的金属盐为主要原料,采用固相法合成了中心离子为铁(Ⅱ)、钴(Ⅱ)、镍(Ⅱ)、铜(Ⅱ)和锌(Ⅱ)的5种四羧基金属酞菁(tetracarboxymetallophthalocyanine,Pc)。比较了这些Pc乙醇溶液及其敏化的纳米TiO2薄膜的紫外-可见(ultraviolet-visible,UV-Vis)光谱,利用循环伏安法研究了它们的氧化还原行为,并测量了由其组装的染料敏化太阳电池(dye-sensitized solar cells,DSCs)的光伏性能。结果表明:随中心离子价层d电子数的增多,Pc的UV-Vis光谱中Q带最大吸收峰发生位移,由FePc的670nm分别红移至CoPc的674nm,NiPc的676nm,CuPc的679nm和ZnPc的681nm;在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,相应Pc的中心离子氧化电势分别为1.01,0.96,0.94,0.99V和1.07V,在组装的5种DSCs中,ZnPc具有相对高的光电转换效率。Five tetracarboxymetallophthalocyanine complexes (Pc) of iron (Ⅱ),cobalt(Ⅱ),nickel (Ⅱ),copper (Ⅱ) and zinc (Ⅱ) were prepared by solid-phase procedure with trimellitic anhydride,urea and the suitable metal chloride as main raw materials.The ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis) spectra of these Pc in ethanol solution and their sensitized nanocrystalline TiO 2 thin films were compared.Their redox behavior was also investigated by cyclic voltammogram.Moreover,the photovoltaic performance of dye-sensitized solar cells (DSCs) with these Pc were measured.The results show that the Q-band of Pc shifts from 670 nm of FePc to 674,676,679 and 681nm of CoPc,NiPc,CuPc and ZnPc,respectively.Correspondingly,their oxidation potentials are 1.01,0.96,0.94,0.99 and 1.07V in N,N-dimethylformamide.The DSCs with ZnPc gives relatively high photoelectric conversion efficiency in the five DSCs.
